WARNINGS!
In Villas Blue the swimming pool is unfenced and it is not appropriate for children who cannot swim. However, the swimming pool is equipped with an automatic articulated floating cover. When closed, the water is completely covered, providing a safer environment for children.
The Villas have several floors (in some houses, the areas are connected through open space / floating staircases) and a very specific architecture. As a result, it can present some difficulties and dangers for children’ supervision and mobility. For people with mobility impairment we recommend Villas Blue Superior.
Villas do not have air-conditioning. Our spirit cherishes pure air! Our heating and cooling system is a passive and ecological solution. Therefore, it may not act promptly. We use aerothermal systems to heat the floor, that extracts the energy from the outside air, and all the houses have fireplaces/wood burners. As a cooling option, we recommend opening the large windows to let the sea breeze in, or using the fans.
Areias do Seixo Hotel’s main building – bedrooms, restaurant, spa and outdoor swimming pool – is designed for people over 16 years old. However, children can access the reception, lobby, bar and terrace areas, between noon and 6pm.

WARNINGS!
The Lake Shelter holds a mezzanine where the twin beds are located. Access to this area is made by a wooden stair, not recommended for kids under 10 years old. There are safety barriers in the mezzanine open spaces, and on request, we can also add extra-beds on the ground floor of the tent, avoiding the need to access the top floor.
Shelter is a place to share authentic moments, disconnected from the outside-busy world. Thereafter, it does not have internet access nor air conditioning. As a way of being we cherish fresh-pure air and human relations.
Following our sustainability policy, we privilege a differentiated acclimatization system: for domestic water heating we use solar energy, supported by heat pumps; for heating the tent there is a fireplace and a fan heater; for cooling, the same fan can be used, although we recommend a much more efficient method, to open the windows and let the Atlantic breeze comfort you…
